Outstanding service and modern comfort!

We recently stayed for one night and were thrilled with the modern, spacious accommodation and the exceptional service from the staff. The front desk team went above and beyond to assist us with a taxi issue, showcasing their dedication and responsiveness. The complimentary Basel card made traveling around the city a breeze, enhancing our overall experience. I would love to see more variety in the room temperature control, as it could use some improvement.

The hotel was clean, modern, and super comfortable. I loved the convenient location as it was close to the tram, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, especially when they helped us with a cab incident. Overall, it made for a fantastic stay while attending a function nearby.

We had a great night during the Christmas Markets. the breakfast was fantastic, especially the variety of fruits, and the room was immaculate and had a comfortable bed. The local taxi issue was stressful, but thankfully the front desk staff handled it expertly. I'd definitely stay here again!

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost ID card. They were wonderful! I highly recommend it. I’m coming back for a holiday.

The air conditioning struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature in rooms!!! Parking pricing lacks clear communication, leading to unwelcome surprises upon arrival!!! The distance from key attractions could be lessened with more local dining options!!!

I had a wonderful time here! Charilene at the front desk was super friendly and helped make my visit much easier. The breakfast choices were great, too. The only bummer was the paper cups for hot drinks in the room. just felt a bit cheap. Overall, a fun place to stay!
